1 Million Miles Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions are in addition to and should be read in conjunction with the Etihad Guest Reward Shop Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Dynamic CPP 1 Million Miles Giveaway promotion (the "Promotion") will run from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Entry

Etihad Guest members (“Members”) who redeem Etihad Guest Miles on eligible transactions on the Etihad Guest Reward Shop during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Promotion based on the number of miles redeemed in a qualifying transaction.

Entries will be awarded on each eligible transaction as follows:

  • 30,000 miles redeemed = 1 entry
  • 60,000 miles redeemed = 3 entries
  • 90,000 miles redeemed = 6 entries
  • 100,000 miles redeemed = 10 entries

Bonus: 1 additional entry for every further 10,000 miles redeemed above 100,000 miles on the same eligible transaction.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, or unsuccessful transactions will be void and will not qualify for entry.

3. Eligibility

Participation in the Promotion is open to Etihad Guest members over the age of 18 years.

Entry is not open to any of Loylogic’s affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, Etihad Airways’ employees directly involved in the administration of the Promotion, or members of such employees’ immediate families.

Entry is not limited to one transaction per user. Multiple eligible transactions during the Promotion Period will each qualify for entry.

4. Prize

A total of ten winners will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive 100,000 Etihad Guest Miles, for a total giveaway value of 1,000,000 Etihad Guest Miles.

Miles will be credited to the winning Members’ Etihad Guest accounts within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, provided the qualifying transaction remains valid and is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed.

5. Winner Selection

Winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each winning Member may win only once during the Promotion. If the same Member is selected more than once, an alternative eligible entry will be drawn.

6. Member Information

Unless you notify us otherwise, the information in your Etihad Guest profile may be used by us to administer the Promotion, including processing entries, notifying winners, allocating miles, and publishing winner information where required. Refer to the applicable Privacy Notice for more information on how your data is handled.

7. Promotion Cancellation or Amendment

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the Promotion, or these terms & conditions, at any time and for any reason, including in the event of technical, operational, or legal issues.

8. Late or Unsuccessful Entry

We accept no responsibility for entries which are not successfully recorded due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network issues, platform downtime, or server failure of any kind.

9. No Conversion or Transfer

The prize under this Promotion involves only Etihad Guest Miles and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternate benefit, nor may it be transferred or assigned.

10. Applicable Law

By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering prize draws or similar promotions. If applicable laws prohibit participation, we reserve the right not to award the prize. We will not be held responsible if you enter unlawfully. If in doubt, you should check with the relevant authorities in your country.
