Recyclex™ Material Technology is our range of fabrics and shells created using post-consumer or post-industrial recycled materials that are specially crafted to be durable, flexible and more environmentally responsible.
The main outer fabric and exterior zipper tape are made with 100% post-consumer recycled PET and the black trim fabric is made with 100% recycled industrial waste Nylon, both part of our Recyclex™ Material Technology Initiative. The interior lining and interior zipper tape are made with 97% post-consumer recycled PET. The coating and backing are made with virgin materials.
Recycled PET bottles
The main outer fabric, interior lining, exterior and interior zipper tape are made with the equivalent of 5 recycled PET bottles (0.5l – 20g).
